November 14, 2019 MAJOR GENERAL JAMILU SARHAM TAKES OVER AS THE 29TH COMMANDANT OF THE NDA. The Nigerian Defence Academy has marked another milestone as Major General Adeniyi Oyebade hands over the mantle of leadership to Major General Jamilu Sarham. In his remarks before the handing over, General Oyebade revealed that his 2 years tenure was a successful journey with many challenges and achievements which according to him has impacted the lives of cadets, staff and many others who in one way or the other have interacted with the Academy. He appreciated the entire Academy Staff for their support during his tenure, urging them to give their full support to the new Commandant. In his response, the new Commandant Major General Sarham who is the 29th Commandant of the Academy assumed office with a promise to move the institution a greater height. He commended the outgone Commandant for his tremendous contributions and achievements.
